The world may keep spinning, but your soul doesn’t move at the speed of hustle.
She moves in cycles.
She speaks in whispers.
And sometimes…she begs you to stop and listen.
Recently, I noticed myself pushing through small moments of discomfort—ignoring the sighs, brushing off the overwhelm, bypassing the quiet ache that said, “Please, just five minutes.”
So instead of pushing, I paused.
I put my hand on my heart, breathed deep, and asked:
What would it feel like to befriend rest—not fear it?
That moment? It changed everything.
Not because I got “more done” afterward, but because I finally felt like me again.

Not dramatically. Not all at once.
Just tiny releases…
→ Saying no to what I’d usually force myself to “rally” for

→ Choosing softness, over “shoulds”
